The General Directorate of Civil Defense - Abu Dhabi called on all owners of buildings and facilities to provide maintenance contracts, installation and approval of the program of preventive and safety measures and to inform the civil defense in the event of any irregularities with the need to install your fort system to monitor the work of alarm and fire systems in buildings around the clock.
Brig. Gen. Mohammed Ma'ayouf al-Kitbi, Director General of Civil Defense Abu Dhabi, explained that specialists in the General Administration are in the process of carrying out a comprehensive study of approved safety and prevention products, including prices, specifications and standards accepted in the Emirate to ensure that they are available in local markets at competitive prices.
The Director General of Civil Defense - Abu Dhabi inspected the progress of field inspection teams on buildings and facilities and the readiness of civil protection and safety systems and listened to a detailed explanation of the mechanism of testing the performance of these systems in buildings and facilities and how to examine them.
He urged the need to ensure that the maintenance and installation companies licensed by the "Civil Defense" of periodic maintenance operations by the technicians and engineers registered with these certified companies after passing the required tests for mechanical and electrical systems in the buildings in accordance with the Emirates Code Guide for the protection of lives and property and international standards adopted.
He pointed out that the importance of the readiness of these systems in buildings raises the level of safety for residents by doing early warning and controlling accidents incidents in case they occur, God forbid.
