Tires of 100 patrol cars decorated with black and white football stickers
Abu Dhabi Police general Headquarters has decorated the tires of 100 patrol cars with football decals on city roads and highways. ADP Media Campaign Theme "Abu Dhabi Police. One Team. One Goal. Your Safety" has also been written on these patrol cars.
Major General Nasser La Khreibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior has stated that this initiative is a continuation of ADP GHQ approach of communication with all segments of our community. It also represents part of our strategic priorities to promote safety and security within our community. The aim of this campaign is to reach the biggest segment of the community, to achieve ADP aspiration to keep pace with any developments in a modern way.
He has continued that HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior has endorsed a modern approach to entrench the new concepts of policing. Thus police would play a proactive role rather than a reactive one. Al Nuaimi ha stressed HH's keenness to enhance effective community partnership. He has thanked all those who have participated in this huge job to reflect the values and traditions inherent to UAE society.
In the same context Lt. Colonel Ahmed Al Shuhi, Director of the Capital Traffic Department has urged motorists to comply with sports rules and civilized behaviors while supporting their teams. He has also confirmed that ADP Traffic Department spare no effort to ensure the safety and security of road users during the days of the tournament.
