Crime will be held in Abu Dhabi next Tuesday
Under the patronage of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, the Center of Research and Security Studies and the Institute of Training and Judicial Studies in collaboration with Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and Microsoft Company, organize the Third International Conference on Cyber Crime (Procedural Aspects). The Conference will take place at the Emirates Palace Hotel on Tuesday.
ADP GHQ held a press conference together with the authorities concerned in the office of Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Risi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, to discuss the Conference arrangements.
According to Al Risi, the organization this conference for the second consecutive year reflects the vision of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and Abu Dhabi Government strategy which aims at implementation of E-government.
According to Dr. (Consultant) Mohammad Mahmood Al Kamali, Director General of the Institute of Training and Judicial Studies, this conference is characterized by the organizing parties. They represent judicial and legal aspects in addition to ADP GHQ. The conference will host experts and specialists from different foreign countries in addition to UAE experience in fighting cyber crime. Members of judicial authority, universities professors, law students, IT staff, legal advisors, lawyers, security organizations, government and non-government technical agencies.
Mr. Mohammad Nasser Al Ghanim, Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has stated that we are very proud to participate in this conference for the third time. WE are happy with outcome of such conferences.
Mr. Jawad Al Ridha, Director of Intellectual Property Protection at Microsoft Company (Gulf Region), has said that we hope to continue our efforts to achieve the vision aiming at fighting IT crimes.
