Tahnoun bin Mohammed visits Abu Dhabi Police stall at (Adihex)
 

H.H Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Reprehensive in the Western Region visited the stall of Abu Dhabi police at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (Adihex).

Sheikh Tahnoun was received there by Colonel Saif Saeed Al Shamesi, head of cultural and social activity section at the Clubs and Sports Activities Department and supervisor of the stall. He briefed him on the contents of the stall which includes photos demonstrating the history and various development stages of Abu Dhabi Police, old uniforms, photos of late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan during his various visits.

Sheikh Tahnoun expressed admiration over the exhibits which also included an old land rover police vehicle. He praised the huge participation of companies and institutions in the event.

Major General Staff Obeid Al Hiri Al Kutbi, Deputy Commander- General of Abu Dhabi Police, and Major General Khalil Dawood Badran, Director-General of Finance and Services of Abu Dhabi Police have visited the exhibition on Thursday and inspected the procedures followed there,  and acquainted themselves with the state- of- the- art equipments it includes.

According to Al Shamesi, the participation of the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ in the event has attracted a great number of visitors who commended the progress achieved by Abu Dhabi Police.

As many as 100.000 visitors are expected to visit the Exhibition this year, as the event has succeeded in providing the latest hunting and equestrian products as well as various contests including falcons and camels beauty contests, and other activities which highlight the unique cultural heritage of the UAE.
