Special vehicle for Emirati child with disability
By a kind gesture from Hh Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the Ministry of Interior has solved the problem of the national child Mohammad Ghanim bin Humaid Al Ali, who is with disability, by purchasing special vehicle for him. It is provided with automatic hoisting gear to get him into and out of the vehicle.
Major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director general of Finance and Services at ADP has extended the greetings and best wishes of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, that the vehicle would help the student with his sufferings, while handing the key of the vehicle to the student at ADP GHQ.
Major general Badran said on the occasion "The gift is part of HH humanitarian support to persons with disability within HH initiative under the slogan (Hope Plant), launched by HH recently with a view to revive the original Emirati practices, on top of which is social solidarity".
The student father, Ghanim Mohammad bin Humaid Al Ali has expressed his gratitude to HH for this humanitarian gesture and the attention HH pays to disabled="disabled" people and HH keenness to solve the problem they face.
The father sais "His son suffers from physical and mental disability and difficulty in moving from place to place. The vehicle will ease his problems. He has prayed to God to bless HH.
The (Hope Plant) initiative includes several activities, services and projects which has been achieved by MoI this year. The humanitarian invites continue in all their forms in response to the directives of our high leadership to support and care for persons with special needs.
