Saif bin Zayed approves new electric car for Saaed Traffic Patrols in Abu Dhabi

 

HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior has endorsed new Saaed Traffic Patrol Vehicles. The new vehicles are air conditioned and environment friendly as they are electrically operated.

 HH lauded the models of the new patrol vehicles during an inspection tour and reviewed accidents and breakdown services management project in Abu Dhabi. The project was launched by Transport Department in collaboration with ADP GHQ and Saaed.

HH was briefed on the operational methods of the new vehicles by Colonel (Engineer) Hussain Ahmed Al Harthi, Chairman of Saaed Board of Directors and Director of Traffic and Road Safety Engineering at the Department of Traffic and Patrols at Abu Dhabi Police.

According to Al Harthi the new patrol vehicles will soon be running on Abu Dhabi streets. Major General Nasser La Khreibani Al Nuaimi Secretary General of HH's Office, and Senior Officials from the Transport Department and Saaed for Traffic Systems were also present on the occasion.
