distributed to Civil Defence Departments
The Committee tasked with activation of the New Organizational Structure of the Civil Defence GHQ has distributed the MoI Organizational Structure Activation Booklet to different departments of the Civil Defence GHQ, to acquaint them with the importance the new organizational structure activation, and the promotion policing and security services which will follow. The booklet presents job titles, terms of reference, departments' titles and their functional role.
The booklet introduction is written by Major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director General of ADP Finance and services and Chairman of Activation Committee.
The introduction runs under the title (Towards a promising future), "introduction of a Committee to activate MoI New Organizational Structure is an important step un the history of the Ministry of Interior, to achieve the desired development aims, in response to the directives of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. The aim of the New Organizational Structure is to continue the comprehensive development at MoI, to raise performance standards in accordance with the latest global standards".
"The working team has gained the required practical experiences to achieve the desired aims. The New Organizational Structure has great ability to assimilate and enhance future applications and changes, in terms of dealings, quality of work and flexibility in decision making. The Committee is determined to go ahead in boosting all development efforts through the guidance of the directives of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, who is very keen to provide unlimited support to achieve thus goal", added Badran.
On the other hand captain Fawaz Ali, Head of Media Support Section at the Department of Security Media said "The distribution of the booklet to a vast segment of the Civil defence GHQ personnel will contribute greatly to acquainting them with the steps achieved in this regard. The booklet offers a picture of the organizational structure of the Civil defence GHQ. The awareness plan will focus in the future on several activities and programmes on different medias".
