Ministry of Interior  gives disabled student modern car


With a kind gesture from Lt. Colonel H.H Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the Ministry of Interior gifted Emarati student Hamid Hamdan Al Ghaythi, disabled, with a car fitted with advanced facilities.

The gesture comes within the Hope Plant initiative for persons with disabilities, which was earlier launched by HH to promote efforts of reviving genuine Emarati traditions.

Sultan Al Ghaithi, brother of the Hamid, expressed gratitude and appreciation for his HH for his gesture which will alleviate his suffering and help him getting into and coming off easily.

For his part, Hamid, extended thanks to H.H Sheikh Saif for his care through this noble and humanitarian work which filled him with pleasure, and helped him moving from and to his school.

He also hailed the instructions issued by H.H to provide the car – Hyundai, H1, model 2011- with modern automatic hoisting gear to help him getting into and coming off the car easily, putting an end to his past difficult experience.

The brother received here today the keys of the car from, director of the Minster of Interior Centers Department for Rehabilitation and Recruitment of Disabled Persons,    Nasser Maktoum Al Shareefi who conveyed the wishes of HH that the car will help ease Hamid’s suffering.
