Major General Al Reisi honors Creative Policing Award winners
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of ADP Central Operations has urged ADP personnel to continue adopting creative and innovative ideas, as innovation and creativity are the dynamic engine for any distinguished project. They assist the efforts to enhance safety and security progress in the country.
He has made this statement recently at ADP GHQ during honoring of 15 officers, NCOs, personnel and civilians from the Central Operations Directorate who received Creative Policing Award on its third round. The winners submitted innovative projects serving the work environment and its communication with the community. The ceremony was attended by Colonel Hamad Harib Al Kheeli, Head of Air Wing Section at ADP.
Al Raisi confirmed ADP GHQ keenness to encourage and motivate police personnel to create and innovate. ADP always supports creative employees in all areas. He urged them to continue adopting creative ideas and innovative projects, which will find support from ADP GHQ. At the end of the ceremony he gave away certificates to the honored staff.
The winners of the award have submitted some creative projects, on top of them were: An ambulance bicycle project presented by Major Mohammad Abdul Jaleel Al Anssari, Abdul Rahman Al Jabri proposed a mechanism which do not allow unregistered motor bike to fill their tanks with fuel. 1st Lt. Nasser al Saidi and his colleague “Civilian” Abdul Baqi presented a project that strengthens motivation of employees. Fatima al Hadhari submitted a project which saves client time by introducing a booklet showing how to facilitate work procedures and also the idea of honoring drivers who is not involved in a traffic accident for one year.
