Al Khayili explained that the wanted persons managed to run away to Kuwait after they commit a theft, noting that, as soon as information was received from Dubai Police on Sunday, April 29 at 3:00 pm, they directly communicated and cooperated with the Kuwaiti INTERPOL who managed to arrest them at Kuwait Airport less than 40 minutes before they left to their country.
He insisted that the success of the efforts exerted to address the case is added to the good record of the Emirati INTERPOL and its consecutive successes in tracking down the perpetrators, adding that the month of April has also witnessed another success in which a man wanted since 2007 was recaptured thanks to the huge efforts exerted by the INTERPOL throughout five years, in cooperation with the relevant authorities in the United Kingdom. These efforts have led to the arrest of a European man named K.F.T, born in 1982, who has been living in the UAE as a businessman. Dubai’s judicial system was looking for K.F.T. for theft, from a shop in the gold market and escaping the country.
