Al Minhali calls for simple procedures and excellent services
On his inspection tour to the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at Ajman and Um Al Quwein, Major General Nasser Al Awadhi Al Minhali, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs, has stressed the importance performance development in the issuance of passports for UAE nationals and giving visas and entry permits for residents and investors. He called for implementation of the "Comprehensive Employee" services to save customers time and effort.
He has lauded police leaderships' efforts and their continuous support to human cadres. He urges all to face the challenges of the coming stage and be well prepared to win Sheikh Khalifa Award for Excellence.
He has been accompanied during his tour by Colonel Yusuf Al Khoori, Director of Human Resources and Support Services, Colonel Saeed Rakan, Director of Violators and Foreigners Follow up and a number of officers.
He has been received by Brigadier Ali Omer, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman and by Colonel Ibrahim Al Mulla, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Um Al Quwein.
Al Minhali has honored Lt. Colonel Ahmed Al Noman for getting a PhD Degree in Policing Sciences form Mubarak Academy "Foreigners entry and residence crimes in UAE and how to confront them"
He has reviewed work progress in a number of Sections. He has urged employees to process transactions accurately and quickly, promote performance quality and deliver distinguished service to nationals and residents. He appreciated allocation of a big hall at the Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman for companies and factories transactions.
He has stressed the importance of close scrutiny of hindrances and problems of work. All personnel shall put more efforts in work.
He has visited the Officers and Employees Club in Ajman and has lauded the available capabilities and facilities in the club.
He has also reviewed work progress in visas issuance and investors formalities. He has listened to a detailed explanation of "Electronic mail" programme from the Directors.
He visited Port Ajman and Free Zone in Ajman and Port Ahmed bin Rashid in Um Al Quwein Passports Sections. He reviewed the services delivered to the users of these important ports. He urged officials to block any loophole (If any) that may allow entry of infiltrators and violators.
He lauded the standard of services and expressed his satisfaction with these services and efficiency of employees in Ajman.
At the end of his tour he held two separate meetings at the Departments of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman and Um Al Quwein. The meetings were attended by the Directors General and Directors of Departments. He listened to a detailed explanation about the achievements of their Departments during this year and last year. He urged them for more efforts to achieve security, stability and reassurance of nationals, residents, investors and tourists. He urged them to gear up for Sheikh Khalifa Award for Excellence.
