Activities of Public and Strategic Establishments Security Conference opened
Under the patronage of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior the activities of the International Conference on the Security of Public and Strategic Establishments began on Sunday morning. The conference is organized is organized by the Directorate General of Establishments Protection and the Center of Research and Security Studies at ADP GHQ. The conference will continue for two days.
The first session of the Conference was attended by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Shaafar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director General of Finance and Services at Abu Dhabi Police, Brigadier Faris Khalifa Al Farsi, Director general of Establishments Protection and a number of MoI and ADP senior officers.
Six working papers were presented during the first day of the Conference. The speakers during the first day were James Lomesorier, Saif Saleh, Dr. (Engineer) Iman Assaad, Sameer Al Naheeli (Engineer), Donald Mofeit, Patrick Tesington and Brigadier Mohammad Abdul Haleem Barakat. They represent UAE. New Zealand, USA, UK and Egypt.
