Abu Dhabi Police and Khalifa Hospital to work in partnership: Al Raisi
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, discussed future projects, development of operational capabilities, mechanisms for cooperation, strategic partnership and joint training between ADP and Khalifa Hospital.
These issues were discussed with a delegation from Khalifa Medical City (KMC) comprising Dr. Wael Al Mahameed, Head of Medicine Section and Dr. Fandereck Head of Emergency Section at KMC.
The delegation presented to Al Raisi the Certificate awarded by the American Cardiology Organization to Abu Dhabi Ambulance Section (ADAS) for its distinguished services to heart patients and its handling of emergency heart cases.
ADAS is the first organization outside USA that received this certificate; the evaluation criterion for obtaining includes assessment of equipment, capabilities, time of response to cases and facilities in ambulances.
Al Raisi stressed the importance of exchanging visits and experiences with different organizations to share information and experiences for a better performance. The meeting was attended by Major Mohammad Al Anssari, Head of Abu Dhabi Ambulance Section, who stated that this award motivates us to continue the best practices to maintain community safety and security.
