ADP gives away a vehicle provided with advanced equipment

To a disabled="disabled" national student

 

 As a generous gesture from HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior to ease the sufferings of the disabled="disabled" national student Khalid Abdullah Khamis Al Aabab, the Ministry of Interior has purchased a special vehicle for him. The vehicles is designed for disabled="disabled" persons and is provided with a mechanism that allows him get on and off the vehicle in an easy way.

Major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director General of Finance and Services at ADP handed the vehicle's keys to the student father and extended to them the greetings of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and HH hopes that the vehicle will help in easing the student's sufferings.

Major general Badran said "this initiative is part of "Plant of Hope" Initiative launched by HH to enhance the true and original Emirati practices and to boost community solidarity and partnership".

Abdullah Khamis Al Aabab father of the student Khalid has expressed his appreciation and gratitude to HH for this generous gesture, which is not new to the continuous initiatives and gestures of HH which make us happy.

"We are familiar with HH keenness to solve the problems that the citizens and their families face in all areas, especially those concerned with disabled="disabled" persons. Our family is very happy with HH initiative which will help his son to overcome the difficulties he faces".

Khalid has also expressed his gratitude to HH for assisting him and easing his sufferings. He expressed his appreciation for having the vehicle provided with a mechanism to assist him to get on and off the vehicle easily.

"Plant of Hope" Initiative comprises a number of activities and services which MoI has achieved this year, such as "Police Friends" Programme and support to disabled="disabled" persons and others.
