"Ah Sharjah Residency" 5th Ramadan Parlor Football Tournament kicks off
The activities of the 5th Ramadan Parlor Football Tournament, organized by the Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah kicked off on Monday. 6 Teams would participate in the Tournament: The Directorate general, Entry permits and Residency, Violators Foreigners Follow up, Department of Outlets and Peripheral Office Teams
The Tournament was opened by Brigadier (DR.) Abdullah Ali Saeed bin Sahooh, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, who blew the whistle to start the Tournament. Teams were divided into two groups. The tournament will continue for one week at Al Ghuwaifat International School hall in Sharjah.
Brigadier bin Sahooh said "The Tournament is organized with a view to enhance cooperation and spirit among employees and to increase social acquaintance between the participants. The aim of these sports activities is to break the routine atmosphere of work environment and to ensure the physical fitness of employees.” He thanked those who organized the Tournament.
Brigadier bin Sahooh participated in the friendly match between Sharjah Club old players and the Directorate General of Residency Team. Residency Team defeated the old players Team 6-5.
At the end of the match bin Sahooh honored the Team and thanked them for their participation. The Team was represented by: Ibrahim Saleh, Mubarak Bilaswad, Aadil Hadeed, Hussain Ghaloom, Abdul Aziz Mohammad, Ali Ghaloom, Hassan Ismaeel, Ismaeel Al Hadad, Issa Meer and Muhsin Musabah.
