Valuable prizes for ADP competition winners at Gitex
ADP GHQ organizes a competition for the public at its wing in Gitex Exhibition- 2010. The competition attracts large number of the Exhibition visitors. ADP Wing visitors can enter the competition through the traffic number sown on the driving licenses and answer the questions on the computer available at ADP Wing. The competitor has to write his name and his phone number. There is a daily draw and the winner will receive a portable computer.
The questions focus on a number of traffic system laws and legislations in the UAE, and general information about vehicle driving and behaviors which should be adopted by drivers and road users.
Captain Mohammad Obeid Al Obeidali, Supervisor of ADP GHQ Wing said "The aim of the competition is to encourage the public to abide by traffic rules and regulations. The competition theme allows those who abide by traffic rules and regulations and are not involved in many traffic offences to participate in the competition. When an individual enter his traffic number the system will display a full record of his traffic offences. According to his record he will be allowed or not allowed to participate. The competition consists of a number of traffic systems-related questions concerning traffic regulations and safe driving general rules. At the end of the day the draw takes place and the winners receive valuable prizes, including a portable computer. A special programme linked with the Federal Traffic System is designed for the competition in addition to acquainting the public with electronic services which ADP delivers".
ADP GHQ participates in Gitex Exhibition through a number of initiatives. It showcases its well known exciting motorbike the "Falcon", ADP services on mobile phones, especially the iPhone and iPod Sets, which include special programmes of ADP.
ADP also showcases its model of changing paper documents to an electronic archive and adoption of the concept of "paper Free Environment". It means archiving documents electronically, in collaboration with company which develops the system of electronic archiving.
