Universities delegations pay visit to ADP Operations and Forensic Evidence in Al Ain
Delegations from the Pakistani National Defence University and Al Ain University of Sciences and Technology have visited recently ADP Operations Room and Forensic Evidence Section in Al Ain
The Pakistani delegation consisted of (17) officers. They were received by Lt. Colonel Abdullah Al Qadhi, Acting Director of Operations who showed them the equipment and apparatus in use, and briefed them on work progress in the operations room and the services delivered to the public round the clock. The delegation members acquainted themselves with the development witnessed by the operations room in terms of personnel and technology and programs in use. Such visits allow exchange of expertise between the delegations and operations room staff in security areas.
Captain Saleh Abdullah Al Manssouri, Director of Operations Branch, 1st Lt. Abdullah Salim Al Shaqaa and Director of Strategic Planning Branch were present during the visit.
Visiting delegation leader expressed his appreciation of the visit and commemorative gifts were exchanged.
Al Ain University delegation consisted of Dr. Mustafa Qindeel, leader of the delegation, 21 male and female students from the Faculty of Law. They were received at the Section of Forensic evidence by Lt. Colonel Khamis Rashid Al Kaabi, Head of the Section.
Al Kaabi presented a detailed explanation to the delegation about crimes detection, cooperation with investigation bodies and CID.
Then he accompanied them in a tour to the Section where they visited the Chemical Analysis, Bio-criminal, Fires, Firearms and Equipment, Forensic Photography, Finger print, Fraud and Forgery and Support Services Branches.
Dr. Qindeel affirmed the importance of field visits where university students see real police work and its efforts to maintain security and stability. He expressed his admiration for the staff, advanced equipment and apparatuses and modern capabilities in use at the Section of Forensic Evidence.
