UAE ambassador to London participates ADP ceremony for brilliant students
ADP Office in London has organized a party for students sent by ADP to study in UK universities, in London and adjacent cities. The party was attended by HE Abdul Rahman Ghanim Al Mattyoi, UAE ambassador to UK and the Police Attaché, Lt. Colonel Saif Raqeett Al Ghafli, Director of ADP Office in London, UAE Mission Diplomatic Staff and Human Resources Officers.
Lt. Colonel Al Ghafli confirmed the importance of meeting students studying abroad to learn about any problems or difficulties that may face, at acquaint them with UK migration laws and new instructions issued by the Human Resources Directorate at ADP.
"ADP Office in London strengthens communication with students and meets students' requirements specially the newly arriving students to meet the Academic Supervisor. The Office has a comprehensive database about all students", added Al Ghafli.
There is a 24 hour phone line to contact students in emergencies and after working hours. A web site is under preparation for students containing all information they need about universities and subjects of study etc. It also shows the tourist sites in UK.
At the end of the ceremony the outstanding students were honored. HE the UAE ambassador and Lt. Colonel Al Ghafli gave away certificates and gifts to the students.
