Singapore lauds ADP
cadres in dealing with explosives neutralization
Lo Yam Hong Vector, Director of Information Center at Singapore Police Force has lauded ADP Cadres efforts which are characterized by high efficiency and use of latest technology, in protective handling of explosives in terms of detecting and defusing them.
He said "The international fame of ADP reflects the great efforts made to promote performance level which we believe match if not exceeds the standards in many developed countries".
A delegation from Singapore Police Force has reviewed recently the tasks of the Center of security Information and explosives of the Department of Weapons and explosives at ADP Directorate General of Security and Outlets Affairs, during a visit within the framework of exchanged visits between ADP and different world police forces, for exchanging experiences and boosting cooperation in areas of common interest.
Lt. Mattar Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Security Information and Explosives Center at ADP Department of Weapons and explosives has explained to the visiting delegation the tasks of the Department in general and the role of the Security Information Center in developing work mechanisms and boosting strategic plans of the Department in particular. The delegation comprises Director of Security Information Center of Explosives at Singapore Police Force and Tou Chin Wee, Senior Analyst at the Center.
The delegation has also attended a demonstration of the equipment used in explosives detection and defusing. They have lauded high skills of operators and the automatic vehicles they use in their tasks.
