Sheikh Saif attend closing ceremony of the golden jubilee
Interior minister, Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has witnessed today the final activities marking the Golden Jubilee of the Abu Dhabi Police.
The Activities, which were held at the Emirates Palace Hotel, include showing of a documentary film about Abu Dhabi police, its development and achievements in the fifty years of its existence.
Later, former UAE interior ministers, including Sheikh Mubarak bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Surour bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, the late Hammouda bin Ali Al Dhahiri, Mohammed bin Saeed Al Badi, and a number of retired senior police officers, as well as some junior officers who sustained injuries or died during the course of their service to the nation, were honoured.
