Saif bin Zayed receives 7 officers who got PhD Degrees

 

HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior has urged all MoI employees to work very hard to achieve scientific excellence, innovation and development, in policing and security areas. HH has affirmed that the real standard of excellence is not in age but in proficiency and performance.

HH has made this statement while he received 7 officers from the Diwan Department attached to the Directorate General of Strategy and performance Development who got PhD Degrees from New Castle, Sterling, Sheffield, Nibeer and Aberdeen Universities in UK, in the presence of Major General Nasser La Khreibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.

HH has congratulated the officers for their academic achievement: Management of Traffic Accidents, Administrative Change and Development Strategies, Functional Psychology, Criminal Law, Crime Prevention, Management of Change and Development and Traffic Management.

HH listened to short briefs about the higher studies presented by the officers: Major Abdullah Mohammad Saeed al Kaabi, Captain Rashid Khalfan Rashid Al Thukhri, Captain Omer Ibrahim Al Ali, Captain Khalid Khalfan Al Sheen al Amri, Captain Khalfan Saeed al Naqbi, captain Hamad Ahmed al Darmaki and Captain Mohammad Khalifa Al Ali.

Major Abdullah Mohammad Saeed al Kaabi, on behalf of his colleagues, thanked HH for his continuous support and care for education and development progress. He pledged to HH to double their efforts in response to the directives of our Higher Leadership to serve the country and to use their abilities and knowledge to enhance development progress.
