Police personnel graduate in Criminal Security

 

Major General Khamis Saif bin Suwaif, MoI Director General of Criminal Security has witnessed recently the graduation ceremony of trainees from the third Human Trafficking Combating Course at the Union Hall at Abu Dhabi Police College. The course comes within MoI plan to activate annual training plans, in coordination with the officers Training Institute.

The ceremony was attended by Colonel Saif Ali Al Kitbi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police College, Directors of Departments, Heads of Sections and a number of college officers.

The Director General of Criminal Security has affirmed MoI keenness to train police elements, especially in investigation areas. He has lauded the efforts of course organizing officers and instructors.

17 officers from different from MoI Directorates General participated in the course. The course provided trainees with the latest developments in human rights areas.

At the end of the ceremony major General bin Suwaif accompanied by Colonel Al Kitbi distributed certificates to graduates.

On the other hand major Mohammad Saeed Al Amri, Director of Emirates Naturalization and Residency Institute in Abu Dhabi, and Janet the Representative of Australian Immigration Department for Arab Gulf Region, have witnessed recently the opening of a specialized Training Course in Foreigners’ Entry and Residence, organized by Emirates Institute of Naturalization and Residency in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the Australian Embassy to the UAE. The course which is attended by 28 officers from different Directorates General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the country will continue for two weeks.

Organization of the course comes within the framework of the annual training plan of the Institute with a view to raise the efficiency of Naturalization, Residency and Outlets employees and to develop their abilities to enhance their performance of tasks and duties, in accordance with MoI strategic policy.

The course will focus on providing trainees with new information and knowledge relating to travel at regional and international levels and to enable them to curb the flow infiltrators and illegal residents.

The ceremony was attended by a number of Naturalization, Residency and Outlets officers
