Police Sports Association signs a three-deal with Al Nokhaza Company

 

MoI represented by the Police Sports Association signed an agreement with Al Nokhaza Advertising and Publishing Company. According to the agreement the Company will market the championships and tournaments organized by ADP Sports Association (ADPSA) for 3 years with effect from the next sports season (2010/2011) up to (2012?2013) season

Major General (Retired) Abdullah Salim bin Nassra Al Amri, Chairman of Police Sports Association signed for MoI, and Waheed Afeefi (Engineer), and Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed for the Company, at the Sports Association Head Office.

The ceremony was attended by Lt. Colonel Aarif al Ries, Head of Sports Activities and Contests and Dr. Hussain Al Samari, Director of Technical Office Branch at the Police Sports Association.

Al Amri confirmed that this step was in response to police leadership directives and within ADPSA strategy aiming to enhance partnership with civil society institutions. He affirmed the importance of supporting the private sector and its contribution to sports promotion.

According to the agreement the Company will have the right to market the sports championships and contests of ADPSA during the coming three seasons, involving ADP Departments, in addition to water sports and issuance of annual book of results.

The Company will also has the right to show advertisement boards of sponsoring companies at the places where matches and contests are held, providing the Company with facilities and necessary support in addition to media coverage of all championships and contests.

In the same context, the Chairman of the Company Board of directors welcomed the signing of the deal with MoI of which they are so proud. He expressed their preparedness to cooperate with ADPSA in order to develop sport in the UAE and highlight the role of ADP personnel in the community, and participation of all community members in ADOSA sports activities.
