Naturalization, residency and ports celebrates the National day
Major General Nasser al Awadhi Al Minhali, MoI Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs, has recently witnessed the celebrations organized by the Sector of Naturalization, Residency and Ports on the occasion of the 39th National day. The celebrations were held at Naturalization, Residency and Ports building and the Directorate general of residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi.
The celebrations were attended by Brigadier Mohammad Ghureir Al Rumaithi, general Coordinator of Naturalization, Residency and Ports, Colonel Ibrahim Al Sarkal, deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, Colonel Khalifa Suhail Al Mazroui, deputy Director General of Naturalization, Directors of Departments, Heads of sections, large number of officers and customers.
The ceremony began with the UAE national anthem, versed from the holly Quran, screening of a documentary film about the formation of the federation and the phases of development witnessed by the UAE.
Al Minhali in his speech said "These celebrations are important as they reflect the loyalty and dedication of police elements to the country and the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan (God bless him). We are all proud of the country achievements and gains for which the founding father, late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may God rest his soul in eternal peace) paved the way".
