More police stations in Al Ain to issue good conduct certificates
Al Ain Police Directorate announced that both UAE nationals and expatriates residing in the city of Al Ain are not able to get good conduct certification issued at the police stations of Al Mqam, Zakher and Al Sanaieyah. Previously they get it issued at Al Jimi police station, and fingerprint branch only.
Brigadier Hamad Ajlan Al Ameemi, director of Al Ain Police said, “This initiative comes as part of the strategy of Abu Dhabi Police GHQ which aims at developing its services and achieving the highest levels of quality and excellence, as well as at getting the procedures accomplished easily and quickly”.
All police stations in the city of Al Ain will be issuing the good conduct certificate in the next stage, he added.
For issuing the certificate, Emiratis can submit the ID only, and expatriates may submit the ID or a passport copy with valid residence and a photograph. The transaction is delivered within two days.
According to Captain Mohammed Nasser, head of fingerprint branch, almost 70 certificates are issued daily at all the stations in Al Ain.
The total number of certificates issued in Ain in 2010 reached 15054 ones, and from the first of January to 21st of March 2011, the number of certificates issued is 2814.
