The Ministry of Interior has decorated a total of 49 newly promoted police officers with their new badges of rank.
Major General Khamis bin Suwaif, Director General of Criminal Security has decorated 10 officers with their new ranks.
During the decoration, he called them to put extra effort and work with dedication to persevere security and stability in our dear country.
Major General Matar bin Salim Al Niyadi, director general of electronic services and communication at the ministry of interior has also decorated 6 police officers with their new ranks.
He urged them to give more in their job to serve their nation, believing that they have been promoted in recognition of their valuable and tireless contributions.
Brigadier Ali Abdullah Al Shehhi, commander of special security forces, has decorated 17 police officers from the command with their new ranks, calling on them to be committed to their police work.
Deputy inspector general at the ministry of interior, Brigadier Ali Jumaa Al Shamesi has also decorated one police officer with his new rank.
Other 15 police officers from Finance and services department at the Ministry of Interior have also been decorated with their new ranks.
All decoration ceremonies have been attended by senior police officers from different departments of the Ministry of Interior.
