A team from the Leadership Development and Creativity Center, at the General Secretariat of His Highness Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, organized visits to police General Headquarters  at the State level, as well as the various sectors and Departments of the Ministry of Interior. The visits aim to introduce the objectives of the Leadership Development and Creativity Center.
 

During the visits, a number of educational workshops were held, to introduce the Center's programs; in line with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior, which stem from the Federal Government's strategy.
 

The visits reflect the Leadership Development and Creativity Center's keenness to improve the policing work system, and to achieve excellence in performance by developing and advancing the human cadre.
 

As part of the workshops, the Leadership Development and Creativity Center's team, which included Major Dr. Omar Ibrahim Al Ali and Major Fahed Ismail Al Hosani, shed light on the strategic plan and organizational structure of the Center and its various sections. They also showcased the tasks and duties entrusted to each section, and their role in developing human resources at the Ministry of Interior.
 

A detailed overview was provided on the Evaluation Centre, which provides professional psychological evaluation services at the ministry. Evaluation results are associated with the objectives of training, development, selection, recruitment, positions and promotion among other.
 

The Leadership Development and Creativity Center's team also gave a presentation on the Future Leaders program; its goals, target group, duration, and methods used to implement it. The program aims to prepare and train young leaders at the Ministry of Interior, according to a fully integrated development system that includes education, training and practical application within and outside the State.
