The ministry is keen to establish family units and social stability for its members and relieve them from marriage burdens.”

At a lecture that was organized for the 45 grooms and took place on Sunday, the Ministry of Interior urged the men to build a stable family. Dr. Mahmoud Mustafa Al Samadi, religious preacher at the Ministry of Interior said: “Marriage is an inherent way of conduct and paves a path towards happiness, tranquility and prosperity. It helps mankind survive and brings peace to the human soul, and pushes us away from corruption and vices. Our religion has urged young men to marry once they reach maturity. Marriage is a civilized and national tradition that aims to build stable families; the core of every decent society.”

He added: “The Ministry of Interior, in cooperation with the Marriage Fund, is organizing marriages for its younger officers, non-commissioned officers, employees and civilians.
