Ministry of Interior’s Executive Council discusses financial
procedures and programmes of the new organizational structure
Major General Nasser La Khreibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, deputy Prime Ministerand Minister of Interior, chaired the third meeting of the MoI Executive Council which was held at MoI Headquarters.
Major Dr. Sayed Mattar Al Sireidi, Director of Higher Committees reviewed the meeting agenda. These included the project of Sheikh Khalifa Award for Government Excellence, and the Project of Total Quality in the Ministry. The meeting discussed streamlining of financial procedures and training programmes to activate MoI new organizational structure.
The meeting came up with a number of recommendations that would enhance policing and contribute to the promotion of performance at the Ministry. The meeting was attended by Major General Mattar Salim bin Musaid Al Niyadi, Director General of Electronic Services and Communications, Lt. Colonel Mohammad Humaid bin Dalmooj Al Dhahiri, Director General of Strategy and Performance Development at MoI.
Executive Council was formed by the Ministerial Decision Number 697 of 2008. The Council would undertake the tasks of follow up and Periodical review of progress in change and development programmes in MoI. Also planning the general framework of work and providing support to achieve best performance at all MoI Departments
