Major General Al Minhali receives Saudi MoI delegation

 

Major General Nasser Al Awadhi Al Minhali, MOI Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs, received in his office a delegation from Saudi Arabia Ministry of Interior headed by Lt. Colonel Fahd bin Mohammad Al Bakr, on Sunday. The delegation was on two-day official visit to the country to review security, administrative and technical controls adopted when personal ID is missing during travel abroad.

Major General Al Minhali welcomed the visiting delegation and wished them happy stay in their second home the UAE and that the visit would achieve its goals.

The Head of the delegation expressed his thanks and gratitude to the UAE Officials for their warm welcome and hospitality. He said "The aim of this visit is to exchange expertise and to closely review the procedures that the UAE follows in case of missing personal National ID card.”

Colonel Hassan Jasim Al Zaabi, Director Security Policies and Standards at the Directorate General of Outlets and Airports also held a meeting with Lt. Colonel Fahd bin Mohammad Al Bakr and the accompanying delegation. Lt. Colonel Abdullah Al Falahi, Director of Naturalization Department, Lt. Colonel Talib Abdul Karim Al Mahmood, Head of Media and Public Relations were present during the meeting.

During the meeting they discussed issues of mutual interest and means of boosting cooperation and coordination between the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in naturalization, residency and ports areas.
