Major General Nasser bin Al Awadi Al Menhali, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Naturalization Residency and Ports, urged staff of the Residency and Foreigner Affairs Directorate in Ras Al Khaimah; Passports Offices at Ras Al Khaimah Airport; land border exits, ministries and departments in the Emirate, to rapidly complete the public’s transactions and provide them with the best services.
He stressed on the need to improve performance to upgrade work to the highest standards, and provide outstanding services to citizens and residents alike; urging employees to double the efforts and provide facilities and services to customers.
Al Menhali had visited the Passport offices of the Red Island and the Investment Authority, as well as the Work Permits office, Passport Office of Ras Al Khaimah International Airport; the Aldara border point and the Saqr Port. He was briefed on the workflow and procedures, calling on employees to address any obstacles that may face customers and to cooperate with other parties in this regard.
The tour included the Residency and Foreigners Affairs General Directorate in Ras Al Khaimah; the Entry Permits Department; the Investigation Branch and the Violators and Foreigners Follow-up sections.
Upon his arrival, he was greeted by Brigadier Sultan Al Nuaimi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah; alongside Department directors and a number of officers from the Directorate.
During the tour, Al Menhali was accompanied by Brigadier Said Rakan Al Rashidi, Director General of Naturalization Directorate; Colonel Youssef Khoury, Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, and Lt. Colonel Matar Kharbash, Director of E-services Directorate at the Naturalization, Residency and Ports Department.
