Lecture on Mumbai terrorist attack
Abu Dhabi Police organized a lecture under the title "Lessons Learnt from Mumbai terrorist attack". The lecture was delivered by the British Experts Craig Bursar and Alan Grimier members of (s0 15) of the British Metropolitan Police, in collaboration with UK Embassy.
The lecturers pointed out the preparations preceded the operation by the terrorists which continued for a year, training of the group members, use of explosives, advanced technologies and communication systems used in the operation. To deal with such attacks require specialist force, said the experts.
The lecture was attended by ADP Director Generals, Directors of Departments, senior officers and other ranks from different ADP departments. At the end of the lecture Major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director General of Finance and Services at ADP gave away commemorative trophies.
