Kuwaiti Minister of Interior delegation views Illegal residents systems
The visit was within the framework of enhancing cooperation, coordination and exchange of expertise between the two countries. They acquainted themselves with methods and procedures adopted by the UAE to deal with illegal residents and other issues of mutual concern, with a view to raise security work level
The delegation was received by Brigadier Mohammad Ghurair al Rumaithi, General Coordinator of naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs, Colonel Ibrahim Ali Al Sarcal, deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners’ Affairs in Abu Dhabi, Colonel Saeed Rakan Al Rashdi, Director of Violators and Foreigners Follow up, Colonel Ahmed Sultan Al Khidr,. Director of Cooperation and Security Coordination at the Directorate General of Outlets and Airports, Lt. Colonel Talib Al Mahmood, Head of Media and Public Relations Section and Major Jamal Al Nuaimi, Head of information Technology Section.
Brigadier Al Rumaithi welcomed the visiting delegation. They were briefed on organizational structure of the Department of Violator and Foreigners Follow up, its administrative formations, sections, tasks and duties and its role in curbing illegal residents.
Then the delegation paid a visit to the Department of Violators and Foreigners follow up in Abu Dhabi and Violators Section in Al Shahama. They were briefed on work progress, and procedures adopted. They viewed the equipment and technology in use.
The visiting Kuwaiti delegation comprised colonel Najm Abdullah Al Khidr, Director of violators Follow up and Colonel Ahmed Khamis Al Doab, Director of financial and Administrative Services at the Kuwait Ministry of Interior. At the end of the visit commemorative trophies were exchanged.
