High Committee of Standards discusses promotion of employees' skills

 

Major General Mattar Salim bin Miseid Al Niyadi, Director General of Electronic services and Communications at MoI has chaired the meeting of the High Permanent Committee Standards, held at the Conference Room of the Directorate. Al Niyadi welcomed the members of the Committee and affirmed the importance of the meeting and the coming meetings.

The meeting reviewed selection and recruitment criteria in different government agencies. They discussed training of a number of MoI employees in Sigma System (6) and mechanism of its use to develop MoI projects in addition to skills promotion.

Al Niyadi stressed the importance of attending meetings in time as the Committee has a very strict working time table throughout the year. He performance of security performance is due to the attention paid by our higher leadership and its future vision to promote work, and strengthening partnership ties with local and international organizations in standards areas.

The concept "6 Sigma" is one of the most famous concepts in total quality management. It is based on ascending analysis of data and statistics to identify the place of defects and shortcomings in procedures, in addition to other advantages which boost development and promotion management work efforts.
