Hamed bin Zayed returns after successful treatment
HH Sheikh Hamid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, member of the Executive Council and Chairman of HH Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Diwan, returned home after a successful treatment abroad. Sheikh Hamed was accompanied by HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and HH Sheikh (Dr.) Sultan bin Khalifa, Member of the Executive Council.
On his arrival, Sheikh Hamed was received by HH Sheikh Tahnoon bin Mohammad Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler at the Eastern Region, HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed Charitable Foundation, HH Sheikh Omer bin Zayed Al Nahyan, HH Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a number of dignitaries and citizens.
Expressing his happiness on Sheikh Hamed return, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed offered 120 vehicles and Dh20m as a gift to be given to the winners of the camel race, which would be organized in collaboration with the Camel Race association. Sheikh Saif wished Sheikh Hamed prosperous life and good health.
HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed hopes that through these races the joy will prevail among all citizens and lovers of camel races in particular, for their role in preserving the heritage spirit, local culture and boosting the national identity.
