Civil Defence Media Plan for New Organizational Structure discussed
The Committee which has been tasked to activate the new organizational structure of the Civil Defence GHQ has held recently a meeting chaired by Major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director General of ADP Directorate General Finance and Services and Chairman of the Committee.
The Committee has discussed the features of the "Media Team" plan for activation of the new organizational structure. Badran has directed that the Handbook is to be completed and distributed to the authorities concerned.
Captain Fawaz Ali, Head of Media Support Section at the Department of Security Medias presented his view about activation process, stating that the plan will concentrate on newspapers, radio and TV channels, in addition to police web sites to introduce the new organizational structure of the Civil Defence GHQ to the public.
Notice boards showing the department included in the New Organizational Structure will be erected as well.
Work has already started on the Handbook which will soon be distributed. The Handbook includes the revised organizational structure and job description of departments.
