Al Raisi receives Hospital Centers Association Delegation
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Risi, Director General of Central Operations at ADP praises the excellence achieved by Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) in emergencies, treatment of critical conditions, heart diseases and medical services.
Al Risi has received the delegations of SKMC and American Association for Cardiology Centers (AACC) delegations in his office. SKMC delegation was headed by Dr. Wail Al Meheimeed and AACC delegation was headed by Dr. Shahriar Dakar. They discussed cooperation between ADP Emergency and Public Safety Department and two organizations in ambulance services, particularly cases involving heart attacks. He congratulated SKMC for receiving International Accreditation Certificate, as the first international center outside USA.
Colonel Othman Al Tamami, Director of Emergency and Public Safety at ADP who was present at the meeting, explained to AACC delegation members the procedures that they follow when they receive emergency call. The delegation toured Ambulance Section where they acquainted themselves with the latest equipment and appliances fitted in two ambulance vehicles. The Head of the delegation lauded the advanced and developed capabilities that the Section uses.
