Al Bawardi lauds ADP efforts in disabled="disabled" support and care
Mohammad Ahmed Al Bawardi, Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, witnessed on Monday at the Emirates Palace Hotel the graduation ceremony of 25 disabled="disabled" trainees from the "Bridge" Programme organized by ADP in collaboration with the UAE Academy of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the presence of Mohammad Rashid Al Hamli, General Manger of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a number of officials.
Al Bawardi lauded ADP, public and privates sector institutions efforts in implementing and the directives of our Higher Leadership in humanitarian support and helping disabled="disabled" persons, in providing them with job opportunities and improving their living conditions and allowing them to participate in the country building.
Mohammad Rashid Al Hamli, General Manager of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry affirmed the importance of UAE Academy and strategic partners' initiative for paying great attention to this category of the country people. They opened for them wide doors for professional development through the "Bridge" Programme, which is the first of its type.
At the end of the ceremony the graduates, ADP GHQ and strategic partners were honored. Lt. Colonel Abdullah Al Zaabi, from ADP Training Department received the shield on behalf of Major General (S) Obeid Al Hiri Salim Al Kitbi, Deputy C-in-C of ADP.
The ceremony was attended by Mohammad Al Rumaithi, Chairman of Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mohammad Rashid Al Hamli, General Manager of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Khalifa Mohammad Al Mazroui, Chairman & Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Mohammad Harib Al Yusuf, Executive Director at the Department of Transport, Ahmed Khalifa Al Muttawaa, Executive manger of Khalifa Fund for Projects development, Abdul Munim Al Kindi, Executive Manger at ADCO, Maryam Saif Al Gebeisi, Head of disabled="disabled" Persons Sector at Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs and Dr. Majdi Abdulhafidh, Executive Chairman of UAE Academy.
