Al Ain Traffic Section intensifies awareness programmes and activities
The Traffic Section, in cooperation with local institutions has intensified its awareness programmes and activities. Major Mohammad Hamdan Al Mandhari, Acting Head of the Section has stated that the media and Public Relation Branch of the Section delivered awareness lectures in collaboration with the Family development Foundation Branch at Al Heir, in order to enhance cooperation with different community institutions.
The lectures focused on issues such as driving without license, and how to ride school bus in a safe way. He warned motorists against high speeds particularly in heavy populated areas and pedestrian crossings.
The Branch also organized a traffic exhibition at Emirates University under the theme "We care about your safety". Policeman (Lecturer" Abdullah Sultan Al Nuaimi delivered lectures through which he urged drivers to comply with traffic rules and regulations.
