The Al Ain Police Directorate completed its preparations to secure and organize the State ceremonies of the 41st National Day in the city of Al Ain. For this end, the Directorate harnessed its best resources and capabilities, in line with its keenness to participate in the various national events and activities organized by the state institutions. It also reflects its commitment to achieve community partnership and continuous participation with the various segments of society.
Brigadier Hamad Ajlan Al Amaimi, Director of Al Ain Police Directorate, indicated that the Directorate has provided security and traffic patrols to maintain order at the locations designated by committees and state institutions all over the city. Police officers were also assigned to guide participants and visitors to the national ceremonies locations.
He pointed out that the Directorate will intensify its efforts to secure and organize traffic within the city and on the external roads, in order to maintain the safety of revelers.
He emphasized the Al Ain Police Directorate’s keenness to provide the public with the best services, through its comprehensive police stations and traffic patrols deployed all over the city of Al Ain, and its round-the-clock Operations Room.
Moreover, the Al Ain Police Directorate announced its participation in the numerous events and activities marking the 41st National Day; in cooperation and coordination with the various bodies, institutions, federal and local agencies and private entities, namely; the Al Ain Municipality; the Al Ain Educational Zone; and the Family Development Foundation and others. It will also play a significant and vital role to educate the public on the need to reflect a positive image of the UAE society during the National Day ceremonies.
The Directorate, represented by the Public Relations Department, had participated in the "Khalifa’s Youth" national event, organized by the Al Ain Municipality, the "Tafa’ol Group”, and a number of entities on the occasion of the 41st National Day.
Captain Ali Salem Al Esai, Director of Media Affairs Branch at the Public Relations Department, gave a speech on behalf of Al Ain Police Directorate; stressing the importance of participation of all entities and authorities in this national occasion. He shed light on the developments achieved in the police sector under the Union’s leadership, and expressed his thanks to the efforts exerted by the Al Ain Municipality and the Presidential Guard to organize the event.
The Directorate gave an outstanding presentation by its Hemma Group, which was met with great acclaim and admiration from the audience. The presentation highlighted the Group’s inception and objectives, as well as the team members and their achievements; through their participation in the various community events and activities.
The Directorate also held a series of contests, including questions on Hemma Group; the UAE history and the role of Al Ain Police. The public, particularly children, interacted significantly with these contests.
