Abu Dhabi Traffic joins National day
celebrations at Abu Dhabi Center for disabled Persons
ADP Directorate of Traffic and Patrols has participated in the National day celebrations organized by Abu Dhabi Center for disabled Persons, as part of its keenness to enhance communication horizons with all community segments, especially disabled persons category.
Major Awadh Saif al Blushi, Head of Public Relations section at the Directorate has affirmed that ADP always supports this category of the community in order to enhance their self-confidence. Their celebrations are intended to deepen national meanings in them and to acquaint the with the country federations achievements throughout the 39 years of its age.
Programmes included a carnival procession, paintings quizzes and gifts in order to boost the civilized image of police.
We concentrate our awareness plans with a view to raise traffic awareness among disabled="disabled" persons and to enhance their self-confidence to protect them against traffic accidents, through a special awareness programme for them to enrich their knowledge. The traffic village in this respect contains special lanes for members of the category of the community for their safety.
