Abu Dhabi Police intensifies its patrols near a
battoirs and Shopping Centers
ADP Directorate of Traffic and Patrols has intensified traffic patrols on internal and external roads and near markets and shopping centers in Abu Dhabi City to boost safety and traffic flow during Eid Adha, sd as to enable families to do their shopping easily.
Lt. Colonel Ahmed al Shuhi, Director of the Capital Traffic Department urged drivers to comply with traffic police elements, deployed at intersections, shopping centers, public parks and recreation areas, instructions and directions, during Eid Adha holiday.
He added “Patrols would be deployed at abattoirs and vegetable markets to ease traffic flow, as these places witness heavy traffic during Eid Adha days. Drivers are also urged to not to park their vehicles haphazardly near mosques and abattoirs so as not to impede the flow of traffic. Motorists should abide by traffic rules, not exceeding speed limits and leaving distance between vehicles”.
