Abu Dhabi Police honors 2011 budget team
Major General Khaleel Dawood Badran, Director General of ADP Finance and Services has affirmed the interest and keenness of Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, to honor distinguished elements of police, who play leading roles in achieving the strategic priorities objectives and promoting work to best global standards.
He has made this statement during honoring the team of "2011 budget estimates", which finalized ADP GHQ budget one month before the dead line, during mid-July 2010.
The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Salim Al Shamsi, Deputy Director General of Finance and Services and Director of Finance, Colonel Ahmed Al Badi, Deputy Director of Financial Affairs, a number of officers and experts.
Major General Badran extended the greetings of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and minister of Interior to the honored employees, lauding the results of their efforts and their keenness to work as one team. He affirmed ADP GHQ keenness to implement global quality and excellence standards.
Those honored were: Brigadier Salim Al Shamsi, Deputy Director General of Finance and Services and Director of Finance Department, Colonel Ahmed Al Badi, deputy Director of Financial affairs, Captain Barqan Ahmed Abdullah, Head of Budget Section and expenditure Control, 1st Lt. Saad Ali Al Mamari, Director of Expenditure Control Branch, Lt. Mohammad Abdullah Al Marzouqi, Hussam Bittar, Financial Advisor, Ridha Omer Al Sayyed Aatiya, Financial Expert, Adel Al Tijani Ali Abdullah, Budget Advisor, Tariq Abdul Ilah Al Shalabi, Financial Expert, Shareef Jad Al Zuheiri, Senior Accountant and Tawfeeq Naif Nimr, Accountant.
Abu Dhabi Department of Finance lauded the distinguished performance of ADP GHQ and its quick submission of its unified budget of 2011, to be the first government authority which submits its 2011 budget, in accordance with best global practices and applications. The Department lauded ADP excellence and positive efforts over years, in addition to cooperation and teamwork in response to the directives of our Higher Leadership.
