Abu Dhabi Licensing Department receives (145914) calls
and finalizes (23325) transactions in six months
ADP Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department has honored 33 persons from Traffic Departments and local and Federal Departments in the country for their cooperation with Customer Service centers.
Colonel Mohammad Maayoof Al Kitbi, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department has affirmed the attention that ADP pays to quality and excellence in promoting services to best practices. The Customer Service Center received on the Center phone (600577777) during the first half of the current year 145914 calls and finalized 23325 transactions.
He lauded the role of the honored persons in customer service and problem solving and in time saving by avoiding customer’s travel to other Emirates. He urged them to continue their efforts.
The ceremony was attended by Lt. Colonel Suhail al Kheeli, Head of Vehicles Licensing Section, Lt. Colonel Hamid Mohammad Shareef, Head of Support Services Section and a number of officers.
The Customer Service Center was opened in May 2007. It answers enquiries about licensing procedures, solves problems that the customers face and attends to their complaints in collaboration with relevant Departments.
