ADP attracts women graduates
ADP Wing at Employment Exhibition organized by Abu Dhabi Women College attracted large numbers of students and graduates who listened to a detailed explanation from the Selection Recruitment staff, on Thursday. The Wing presented commemorative gifts and publications about ADP GHQ.
1st Lt. Ahmed Hassan Al Hosani, Director of Strategic Planning Branch at the Department of Selection and Recruitment of ADP Directorate general of Human Resources said "WE participate in all employment exhibitions held in Abu Dhabi Emirate, especially those held in universities. ADP will participate in Zayed University Exhibition and Emirates University Exhibition".
"ADP supports nationalization process. Therefore we as a recruiting agency we do our best to attract universities students and graduates to recruit them in military and civilian vacancies, in addition to secondary school graduates", added Al Hosani.
The Selection and Recruitment Department Wing attracted a high turnout and assisted in soothing women fear of joining police work after reviewing the standards that interest ADP in evaluating employees.
The women students expressed their desire to join ADP. They lauded ADP strategy regarding its care for national cadres and change of community attitudes towards women work for the police, as a number of policewomen had achieved advanced places at GCC and Arab countries level.
Student Moza Jamal Al Dossari said "Abu Dhabi Government and ADP GHQ spearheaded by HH LT. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior support Emirati women and urge them to innovate. Joining one of ADP GHQ Departments is a honor, where we can present our best to serve our country the UAE. ADP has changed the old opinion that police work is a monopoly of male gender".
Thirty nine public and private agencies participated in Abu Dhabi Women College Employment Exhibition.
