Police College on Thursday celebrated the graduation of 89 police officers who completed four specialized training courses in ‘advanced criminal investigation’, ‘quality and documentation systems management’, ‘academic guiding skills’, and ‘loyalty and job affiliation’.

The courses were organized by the police offices training institute.

Present at the ceremony were Major General Matar Salim Al Niyadi, director general of E-Services and Communications, Colonel Saif Ali Al Kutbi, director general of Police College, Colonel Abdul Wahid Ahmed Al Hammadi, director of Police Officers Training Institute, and other police officers.

Al Niyadi stressed keen interest of our police leadership to prepare human resources and uplift their skill, calling on trainees to work devotedly and utilize what they have learned during the courses.

Specialized training courses contribute to raising the performance and efficiency of police and security personnel, indicated Al Kutbi, noting that the College took interest in building integrated curriculums to fit the real needs of the different sectors of the ministry of interior.

Colonel Al Hammadi said that the four courses, which included classroom and practical training, aim to develop skills by using modern methods in criminal investigation, enhancing academic and educational guiding in the university environment, boosting job affiliation and translating it into behavioral practices that reflect positively in the level of work performance.
