5 new training classrooms opened at Al Ain Traffic Institute
Colonel (Engineer) Hussain Ahmed Al Harthi, Director of ADP Traffic and Patrols department has opened five new buildings at Al Ain Traffic Institute. The new buildings include 5 well-equipped training classrooms accommodating 150 trainees, modern conference room and stores building.
Al Harthi has affirmed the importance of promoting training programmes in accordance with the Traffic Department training plan in order to keep pace with modern scientific curricula in all traffic areas. Thus traffic personnel will be able to receive comprehensive specialized training, including accidents witnessing and reconstruction, traffic and patrols basic programmes, investigations in severe and minor traffic accidents, vehicles inspection procedures and methods and other training programmes.
Al Harthi toured the new classrooms and urged trainees to double their efforts to learn and implement training programmes. Trainees also shall make use of the references available at the Institute to develop their scientific knowledge.
He ha emphasized the necessity of concentrating training plans on the real needs of Traffic and Patrols personnel, through analysis of weaknesses and strengths. He has lauded administrative and training efforts in training processes.
The opening ceremony was attended by Colonel Khamis Ishaq Mohammad, Deputy Director of the Department, Colonel Hamad bin Eitheith al Amri, Director of Highways Traffic Department, Colonel Saeed Salim, Director of Al Ain Traffic Institute, Lt. Colonel Hamad Nasser al Blushi, Head of Al Ain Traffic Section and a number of officers.
