"Strategic Planning" at Human Resources qualifies 3 Departments to updated ISO 2008: 9001
Three departments of the Directorate general of Human Resources at ADP have received ISO updating certificate (ISO 2008:9001) from Lloyds Resister Quality Assurance after their qualification by the Strategic Planning Section at the office the Director General of Human Resources. They have met the World Quality Specifications and Standards requirements. The Departments are: Human Resources Planning, Employees Performance Evaluation and Selection and Recruitment Departments. This represents a new world-class achievement for Abu Dhabi Police.
Major general Mohammad bin Al Awadhi Al Minhali, director general of Human Resources and Acting Director general of Policing Operations at ADP has presented ISO Certificates to Colonel Salim Shaheen al Nuaimi, Director of Human Resources Planning, Colonel Obeid Balhhabala Al Kitbi, Director of Selection and Recruitment, Lt. Colonel Mohammad Obeid Bu Ali, Deputy Director of Employees Performance Evaluation during a ceremony organized by the Directorate general of Human resources.
Al Minhali said "This achievement of success and excellence by the Directorate General of Human Resources and its affiliated Departments is due to the support and directives of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior".
"The three Departments have received the certificate for their efforts in facilitating the work procedures for their customers, developing correspondence system, receiving complaints and enquiries of customers, introducing employees satisfaction indicators, promoting follow up of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators, development projects of the Directorate general Departments and improving services quality in accordance with updating strategy of ADP", added Al Minhali.
Al Minhali has lauded the efforts of the three Departments confirming the importance of achieving development goals through the spirit of team work in order to achieve high rates of performance for work promotion to the best levels.
The directors of the Departments pledged to continue their progress and to achieve further results in the future. The ceremony was attended by Brigadier Jasim Mohammad Al Marzouqi, deputy Director General of Human resources, a number of Department Directors and Captain Bashar Badran Head of strategic Planning section.
