"Al Faraj" finalizes identification of poor inmates 'applications
Major General Nasser La Khreibani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has confirmed the importance of doubling the efforts to raise care level for inmates and to improve the services delivered to them. He said this during the meeting of "Al Faraj" Fund Board of Directors, which was chaired by him. The Fund is set up to help inmates and their families.
The meeting discussed a number of issues related to the Fund including approval of the Fund HQ in Abu Dhabi and preparations for the public assembly meeting, financial regulations and formation of sub-committees.
The meeting also identified the applications submitted by inmates in order to settle their financial problems to ensure a dignified life for inmates and their families. The Chairman urged enhancement of social solidarity and tolerance in accordance with Islamic Religion Teachings.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier Mohammad Saleh Badah, Deputy Chairman of the Fund Board of Directors, Brigadier Hamad Adeel Al Shamsi, General Secretary of the Fund, Colonel Mohammad Saif Al Zaabi, Colonel Mohammad Khamis Al Dhahri, Lt. Colonel Ahmed Saeed Al Badi and Lt. Colonel Ali Al Zayudi, Members of the Fund Board of Directors.
