The Community Service Department at the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters announced the working hours during the Holy month of Ramadan.

Lt. Colonel Suleiman Al Darei, Deputy Director of Community Service Department, said that working hours during the Holy Month come in line with the religious sense that distinguishes this month. He said that the department will receive the public during working days except for Friday and Saturday, to carry out their paperwork or assist them to register at the traffic point’s rehabilitation program for drivers who want to reduce their black points or regain their suspended licenses.

Lt. Colonel Al Darei said that working hours will start at 9:00 a.m. til 6:00 p.m. at the Community Service Department office in the Emirates Driving School Headquarters at Mussafah and the Communication Center at the Department Headquarters opposite to Al Mushrif Mall. He said that clients can receive answers on their requests or register on the program by calling the direct number (600566006) or by visiting the website (www.adpolice.gov.ae).

Al Darei concluded his statement by whishing many happy returns of the Holy Month to all Muslims.

Abu Dhabi Police had launched the Points Rehabilitation Program in April 2011 to correct drivers’ behavior, develop their skills and urge them to adhere to traffic laws and regulations through different educational, training and awareness programs where drivers who commit violations can enroll. These programs are organized in cooperation with the strategic partners.
